We have an immediate opening for a full-time Human Resources Administrative Assistant at our Parma, Ohio facility. This position provides direct administrative support to the corporate Human Resources department including the Vice President. Primary responsibilities include meeting and conference preparation and scheduling, managing calendars and communications for multiple principals, coordinating domestic and international travel arrangements, completing complex monthly reports and creating presentations, and procuring department supplies and materials. In addition, this position will assist with various human resources related projects and duties. This individual routinely interacts with external guests and visitors, and with various levels of management throughout the organization.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills are a must. Qualified candidates will possess an Associates degree or have equivalent experience in a corporate human resources department for a multi-national organization. He/She must be highly analytical, organized, and able to manage conflicting priorities and deadlines. Extreme professionalism and an ability to maintain complete discretion and confidentiality in the handling of all business relations is critical. The candidate must have excellent desktop computing skills, including an advanced level of proficiency with MS Office products.
